Welcome to Hidden Goods Vintage. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hidden Goods Vintage website, online store, products, services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. VINTAGE AND PRE-OWNED ITEMS

Hidden Goods Vintage specializes in hand-selected vintage, secondhand, pre-owned, and/or previously worn clothing and goods.

Because of the nature of vintage and secondhand merchandise, items may show signs of age or previous use, including fading, discoloration, distressing, cracking, pilling, small stains, repairs, loose threads, missing tags, shrinkage, or other imperfections.

We make reasonable efforts to photograph and describe notable characteristics and flaws. However, minor signs of wear consistent with the age and nature of a vintage or secondhand item may not always be individually identified.

Such characteristics may be part of the item's vintage nature and do not necessarily indicate that the item is defective.

Please review product photographs, descriptions, measurements, sizing information, condition information, and other available details before purchasing.

3. SIZING

Vintage sizing can differ substantially from modern sizing.

A size shown on an original garment tag may not correspond to current sizing standards.

Where available, we may provide measurements or estimated modern sizing as a convenience. Any estimated size is provided for reference and is not a guarantee of fit.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available measurements and sizing information before purchasing.

4. ONE-OF-ONE INVENTORY

Many Hidden Goods Vintage products are unique or available in quantities of only one.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve or guarantee that item.

An item is not secured until payment has been successfully completed and the order has been accepted.

In rare situations, an item may sell simultaneously online and at one of our physical retail locations or through another sales channel.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund for the unavailable merchandise.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, descriptions, colors, prices, measurements, and other information accurately.

However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, lighting, or display settings.

Because many of our products are vintage or pre-owned, exact manufacturing dates, original retail information, materials, or historical details may not always be known.

Where information is uncertain, descriptions may represent our reasonable assessment of the item.

6. AUTHENTICITY AND TRADEMARKS

Hidden Goods Vintage may sell genuine pre-owned goods originally manufactured by third-party brands.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Hidden Goods Vintage is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the third-party brands whose products may appear in our store.

All third-party trademarks, brand names, logos, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

7. PRICES

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, inventory, or other errors.

If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you to correct the issue or cancel and refund the affected purchase as permitted by applicable law.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be calculated and displayed during checkout.

8. ORDERS

We reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order.

Reasons may include suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, technical problems, suspected unauthorized resale activity, or violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.

9. PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when making a purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method selected at checkout for your order, including applicable taxes, shipping, and other disclosed charges.

10. ALL SALES FINAL

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the unique, vintage, pre-owned, and often one-of-one nature of our merchandise, Hidden Goods Vintage does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds for change of mind, sizing, fit, color preference, or normal signs of vintage wear.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all available product photos, descriptions, sizing information, measurements, condition details, and prices before completing a purchase.

Vintage and pre-owned items may naturally show signs of age and previous wear, including fading, cracking, distressing, discoloration, pilling, repairs, loose threads, shrinkage, minor stains, missing tags, or other age-related characteristics.

These characteristics are part of the nature of vintage and pre-owned clothing and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Once an order has been placed and accepted, it cannot ordinarily be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

If you believe you received the wrong item, an item was materially misrepresented, or there is another problem with your order, please contact us at HiddenGoodsVintage@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Nothing in this policy is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

11. SHIPPING

Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

12. IN-STORE PURCHASES

Products purchased from a physical Hidden Goods Vintage location may be subject to the return, exchange, and final-sale policy displayed at that location at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

Online and in-store promotions, prices, inventory, and policies may differ.

13. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional codes, sales, discounts, giveaways, and other offers may be subject to separate conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.

We may modify or end promotions at any time, subject to applicable law and any terms stated with the promotion.

14. WEBSITE CONTENT

Unless otherwise indicated, the Hidden Goods Vintage website and its original content—including graphics, photographs created by us, logos, designs, text, branding, website elements, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Hidden Goods Vintage and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
