RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Hidden Goods Vintage, all merchandise is hand-selected and many of our items are vintage, pre-owned, and one-of-one.

For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, fit, color preference, or normal signs of vintage wear.

WHEN WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT

If Hidden Goods Vintage makes a mistake with your order, please contact us and we will work to make it right.

Examples include:

You received the wrong item.
You received the wrong order.
An item is missing from your order.
The item you received is materially different from what was represented in the listing.
Another fulfillment error was made by Hidden Goods Vintage.

Depending on the situation and applicable law, we may provide a replacement, correction, store credit, or refund.

Because many of our items are one-of-one, an identical replacement may not always be available.

VINTAGE CONDITION

Please remember that vintage and pre-owned clothing may naturally have signs of age and previous wear.

This may include fading, cracking, distressing, discoloration, pilling, loose threads, repairs, shrinkage, minor stains, missing tags, or other age-related characteristics.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph and describe our merchandise.

Normal vintage wear is not considered an order fulfillment error and is not eligible for a return or refund solely for that reason.

SIZING & FIT

Vintage sizing can differ significantly from modern sizing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the item's listed size, measurements, photos, and description before purchasing.

We do not provide refunds or exchanges because an item does not fit as expected.

Order number, full name, description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when relevant.

Except when Hidden Goods Vintage has made an order fulfillment error or where otherwise required by applicable law:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
